Michelin Harmony tires were developed for the drivers of family cars and minivans who want long wearing All-Season tires. Michelin Harmony tires enhance year round traction in a wide range of driving conditions including dry and wet roads, and in light snow. The Harmony All-Season tires feature a long lasting all-season tread compound molded into a design that provides an impressive balance of dry, wet and light snow traction. The Harmony features independent tread blocks in the shoulder and intermediate tread ribs (to provide more gripping edges for wet road and snow traction) along with a continuous center tread rib (to provide a comfortable, quiet highway ride). Internally, the Harmony uses Michelin's Stress Equilibrium Casing that features a polyester cord body and twin steel belts engineered to keep the tread footprint in contact with the road by reducing tread element distortion to help provide long, even wear and predictable handling.

After suffering through H-rated Hankook tires which were noisy, unbalanceable, and overall a miserable tire I switched to the Harmony for the Pontiac..My previous experience with these tires was on a 2002 Olds Intrigue which I had installed at 70k and was traded in on the current 2006 GPGT. Mileage at tradein time was 120k with 50% tread remaining..Great showing, all Florida driving, 90% eway at 75+ mph.. Current Pontiac original tires were Michelin from the factory and did not balance well, so I had the car dealer install The Hankooks, which were junked after 12k mi., expensive venture.. Running the Harmony tires at 35 psi cold frts, and 32psi rears, smooth ride, great hi-speed feel, and, smooooooth, no vibration, and quiet. The Tire Rack installer in Vencie did an outstanding job..I had another car fitted with new tires a week earlier using Tire Rack and the same installer, Dave's Garage in Venice. Fla.. Having owned some 53 cars and probably driven 2.5 million miles, tires, suspension, and brakes are the troublesome items with mechanical problems virtually non-existant..Cheap tires are no bargain! First tank of gas showed a 10% gain in mileage.
